Well the festive season is upon us.
We have Halloween this week and before you know it, Christmas will be upon us, even though here in the UK it already feels like it’s here with the weather, and Christmas Decorations already up in some City Centres!
Halloween has only recently started to become a big holiday in the UK, with every supermarket stocking costumes and putting up decorations in their stores. But unlike the US where Halloween is huge, it has still not hit that level of hype and hysteria on these fair shores. I was recently out in Manchester where I got a photo of these carved pumpkins, which gave me a bit of a laugh.
Also to get into the Halloween spirit I had a go at carving out my own pumpkin, which was actually grown by my sister. Here is my attempt.
Keep safe and till next time, have a goulish Halloween.

Hi there, this is my first post on my new blog.
After much time wanting to create a blog I have finally done so. I will be updating this blog with recent photographs along with ones from my back catalogue, which includes Architectural, Landscape and Still Life photography.
I will shortly be posting my most recent photographs that I shot when I went on a short break to Wales for a week at the beginning on September 2011. These will include photographs that I shot on my DSLR and on my Fisheye camera with colour film.
Here are some of the photos that I have shot over the years.
Thanks for coming to my blog, hope to see you again soon. If you want you can subscribe to my blog by clicking the Follow button on the right.
